WRMSDs are a significant occupational health and safety concern, and can lead to lost productivity, increased medical costs, disability, and reduced quality of life for affected workers. With WRMSDs being the leading cause of work-related injury and illness worldwide, and its causes being complex and multifactorial, our studies show 75% of employees in the Indian IT sector report WRMSD. Among this, 73% of the employees identify as males in the 25-45 years of age group.
